For punkrockangel...
Icons! As per your request. Unfortunately, the longer text was hard to fit, but hopefully one of these would suit your style. I didn't know which "look" you'd like so, I hope one of these will fit properly.
Share and enjoy!

More F.O.G.S. buttons
I made some more F.O.G.S. buttons, so that people can decide which one they want to use to link to the Garden State website.
Share and enjoy!
Less than a week to go before limited engagement. I'm going to be at the Union Square showing at 11am. Anyone joining me?

Clippies!
Nine Garden State clips can be found over at cinemovie's Garden State page. They explain scenes from the trailer, so they can be considered spoilery. Credit to badtzwang on the Zach Braff board.)
Two more bases from them, and one more with text (from the scene).
I can't wait for the movie!
So, I will temporarily satiate my desire for this movie by seeing Bourne Surpemacy on Thursday. I love free screenings.
More Garden State Goodness!
Because, I just discovered the Official Website and I am in love.
Love, love, love!
So, more bases for everyone!
And a special treat!
While reading Zach Braff's Garden State weblog, he referred to us as F.O.G.S., Friends of Garden State. So...
If you're a F.O.G.S.er and you use the banner, let me know and I'll post a link to your website!
Oh. By the way, I am willing to customize or reframe any of the bases if anyone needs them. Just a free service to the G.S. fans out there!

Hey, you a gamer?
If you have had any roleplaying experience (either tabletop, in a live-action game, or on the computer) of the "dungeons and dragons" variety, then you are sure to enjoy Kingdom of Loathing.
Check me out! I'm a Disco Bandit. Currently at level 4. I'm progressing slowly, since I'm a fairly conservative player. Still, it's way fun!

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
When I was quite young, perhaps 6 or 7, I saw The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy on PBS. I thought it was one of the most brilliant things I had ever seen. Hilarious, clever. I fell head-and-shoulders over David Dixon, who portrays Ford Prefect (and perhaps has since colored my views on what I consider attractive. He was my first 'celebrity crush').
I got to watch the show only once, but the seed buried into my brain. Then, when I was 8, I saw the books at Barnes and Noble. I sort of remember the relationship they had to the series, but it was vague. I just saw the titles and I knew I had to read them.
The series became a minor obsession. I read the books. I watched the show (acquired on video, then laserdisk, now on DVD), listened to the radio series and Douglas Adams' reading of the books. Now a dramatization of the last three books with most of the original cast is coming. Squee!
Simon Jones did not age well. Mark Wing-Davey did not age at all. Hee hee.
Don't Panic! It's coming on September 21st!
HP Knitting Icons
In my endless obsession with Harry Potter and Knitting, I created these icons for the newly created hp_knitting LiveJournal group. Greenflamingo, the community mod, originally wanted to use my Gryffindor Knit icon, but I thought it might be better if all houses were represented, no?
You can have it with crest too!
I'm tempted to make one for each house...
